Worker's Compensation

In the event of
on-the-job injuries.

Workers’ Compensation insurance is a mandatory insurance coverage for any business typically employing one or more workers (may vary from state to state). It is an insurance policy that protects both the employee and the employer. It provides benefits to the employee in the event of an on-the-job injury, while also protecting the employer by virtue of being the mandated course of action by the employee.

Workers’ Compensation Benefits include:

  • Medical Care
  • Temporary Disability Benefits
  • Permanent Disability Benefits
  • Supplemental Job Displacement Benefits
  • Death Benefits

Some states require employers without any employees to also carry Workers’ Compensation Insurance or provide proof that the sole owner carries health insurance that includes payment for benefits associated with work related injuries.
